The Peninsula Beverly Hills is hiring a Page to work with the Concierge team in Beverly Hills. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and help ensure flawless service across the hotel’s outlets.

We value warmth, hospitality, and a proactive approach. This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and a knowledge of the Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area. Excellent benefits are included.

Working alongside the Concierge team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Page who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Greet and assist guests as they enter and leave the Hotel
• Move throughout the Hotel as needed, to ensure quality service is provided to our guests
• Assist bell staff and front desk staff as needed

General Requirements

• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 30 pounds, as well as push, pull, and maneuver luggage as needed
• Knowledge of Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area and The Peninsula Group as requested
