Job summary

The Peninsula Beverly Hills, a luxury hotel, is seeking a Part-Time Busser for The Belvedere to support the Food & Beverage Management Team. You will assist in maintaining a high standard of service by preparing dining areas, setting tables, and ensuring a warm, hospitable environment for guests.

Ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor, experience in luxury hospitality, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people (customer service oriented).
• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment is preferred.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain rapport within the Food & Beverage department.

Responsibilities

• Preps for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Supports wait staff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.

Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time Busser for The Belvedere who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.
