Job summary

Riverside Methodist Hospital, part of OhioHealth, seeks an experienced Staff RN for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The role entails providing comprehensive nursing care, assessments, planning and evaluation within a 24/7 department.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and uphold high safety and quality standards. Shift is evening, full-time with responsibilities that span assessment, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and perform ongoing health status assessments.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Document nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for care planning and improvements.
• Uphold safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.
