Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of critical care experience.
• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop nursing plans for surgical patients across preop and postop phases.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and families in the PACU.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in daily duties as an HRO.
