Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation seeks a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The role operates in a 24/7 environment with an evening shift and a 40-hour work week.

Candidates must be licensed in Ohio, hold BLS certification, and have BSN requirements fulfilled after five years of employment. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, and for delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per the Ohio Nurse

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care across the continuum in acute care settings.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Lead process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient safety.
