Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates unit's delivery of evidence-based patient care.
• Manage staffing plans and ensure appropriate scheduling for patient needs.
• Recruit, mentor and evaluate personnel; participate in staff development and governance.
• Lead quality improvement, safety initiatives and data-driven performance improvements.
