OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking a Staff RN for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) on a full-time day shift. The role provides comprehensive nursing care in pre/postoperative phases and requires on-call and holiday call responsibilities, with weekend scheduling and self-scheduled PACU calls.

At least one year of critical care experience is preferred. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and evaluation of nursing care within a 24/7 operating environment.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
• BLS certification required
• BSN degree required within 5 years of employment
• ACLS certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and formulate care plans based on nursing diagnoses
• Carry out nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical quality and safety
• Lead process improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction and efficiency
