Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis – perform health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning – document planned interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation – evaluate response and revise care plan.
• Leadership – participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations – support daily unit operations and patient care.
