Qualifikationen

• RN with Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.
• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date; BLS within 30 days.
• PALS within 6 months of employment start date.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while applying evidence-based practices.
• Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team with the provider(s) and therapy.
• Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking, and leadership to deliver safe care.
• Assess patient condition, monitor, and document changes thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
