Medical City Arlington is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse to provide critical post-operative care, including airway support, neurological and cardiac monitoring, and prompt response to complications. You will collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team and assist with initial wound care to ensure patient stability during recovery.

The role requires on-call availability for select non-business hours and a path for ongoing education, mentorship, and professional development within the HCA

Qualifikationen

• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• RN licensure (Registered Nurse)
• Associate Degree required
• No travel required
• 2 years of experience required

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the PACU following surgery
• Monitor neurological, airway, and cardiac status and respond to complications
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for patient recovery
• Provide wound care and document patient condition and care given
• Participate in on-call scheduling as discussed during interview
