Northwest Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care through the nursing process, coordinating with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes and compassionate support for patients and families.

The RN will administer medications, monitor patients, and participate in audits and performance improvement to enhance patient safety and satisfaction. Requires Indiana or compact licensure and BCLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• Knowledge of nursing processes and clinical practices.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor for side effects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document patient care accurately in medical records and report changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed.
