Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BLS for healthcare providers; ACLS/PALS/PEARS certifications as required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans for, delivers, documents and evaluates nursing care in the assigned area.
• Directs activities of assigned nursing personnel.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient condition, treatment and response to care.
