Qualifications

• RN license is required in Indiana (state or compact).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process in PACU and perioperative settings.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health care professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist with procedures and maintain sterile technique and infection control.
• Educate patients and families on post-surgery care and discharge instructions.
• Document care thoroughly and promptly in the medical record.
• Participate in performance improvement and compliance activities.
