Qualifications

• Must hold an Indiana RN license.
• Current BCLS certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred.
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Documents findings accurately and reports changes to care team.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
