Job summary

Incredible Health in Corona, CA is seeking a PACU RN to provide immediate post-operative care for a variety of surgical patients. Shifts include day, night and mid shifts with full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities.

The role requires ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and strong teamwork and EMR proficiency. You will monitor patients, manage anesthesia-related symptoms and educate families on recovery.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team work.
• Proficient in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care to surgical patients, monitor vitals and anesthesia symptoms.
• Administer prescribed medications and implement treatment plans as directed by medical staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for smooth transitions to discharge home.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, including pain and wound management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
