The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, and a 36-hour work week. AOS, ACLS, and TNCC credentials are preferred along with 1 year critical care or 2 years med-surg experience.

Qualifikationen

• Required: Associate of Applied Science in Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current RN license in Oregon with BLS/PALS/ACLS/TNCC.
• Preferred: Conscious sedation, CAPA/CPAN, Ultrasound-guided IV credentials.
• Required: 1 year critical care or 2 years medical-surgical experience.
• Familiar with glucometer, art lines, space labs, EPIC charting, bladder scanner, ultrasound equipment, Belmont rapid infuser.

Aufgaben

• Complete nursing assessments in pre- and postoperative phases.
• Admit patients per hospital standards.
• Manage IV access and monitor vitals.
• Administer medications and monitor effects.
• Maintain patient airway and respiratory function.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams.
• Document in electronic medical records.
