Qualifications

• Oregon RN license required; BLS/PALS/ACLS; TNCC.
• Experience: 1 year critical care or 2 years medical-surgical.
• Preferred: conscious sedation, CAPA/CPAN, ultrasound-guided IV.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments in pre and postoperative phases.
• Perform patient admissions according to standard of care.
• Initiate and manage intravenous access.
• Monitor vital signs and intervene per guidelines.
• Use Aldrete scoring in PACU phase of care.
• Educate patients and families on outcomes and care.
• Collaborate with disciplines and transfer care as needed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Document accurately in electronic medical records.
