The Recruiting Hive is seeking a dynamic Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site leadership role reports to the PACU Supervisor and focuses on directing staff, optimizing patient flow, and maintaining high safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications include ADN with RN licensure in Montana, BLS/ACLS/PALS, 2+ years in PACU, and leadership experience. Competitive benefits and scheduling align with hospital standards.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Montana or compact eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; CPAN/ASPAN desirable.
• Minimum 2+ years PACU nursing experience.
• Charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU.
• Act as primary shift leader; manage staffing and schedule changes.
• Ensure adherence to CPAN/ASPAN guidelines and patient safety.
• Mentor Pre-Op/PACU staff and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia.
