Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the PACT Forensic Services team. This role focuses on supervision, treatment planning, and delivering recovery‑oriented care across home, hospital, and community settings.

You will supervise staff, coordinate clinical care, ensure risk and crisis planning, and maintain timely documentation. Candidates must have a master's, LICSW/LMHC, MAP certification within 6 months, and a commitment to empowering diverse

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology is required.
• Independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC) is required.
• MAP certification must be obtained within 6 months.
• Willingness to work with diverse, including forensic populations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.
• Solid knowledge of community resources and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise clinical staff within the PACT Forensic Services team.
• Coordinate treatment planning and risk/crisis management strategies.
• Provide assessment and treatment for substance use within the model.
• Deliver services in client homes, hospitals, and community settings.
• Complete progress notes and program documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with MAP regulations and documentation standards.
