Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate cancellations, reschedules, and additions.
• Obtain and verify demographic and insurance information; ensure accuracy.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams and transfer to RN when triage is needed.
• Provide courteous customer service and document interactions across systems.
• Assist with reporting and updating provider/marketing databases as needed.
