Qualifications

• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure a welcoming patient experience.
• Register patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and handle front desk duties.
• Assist billing functions and direct to appropriate billing office as needed.
• Encourage use of front-end technology during registration.
• Maintain confidential patient information and ensure regulatory compliance.
