Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to follow English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees activities of workers handling outbound shipments and packing.
• Reviews orders, shipping history, and records to set daily priorities and assignments.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all outgoing shipments and packing processes.
• Develops and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the packing area.
• Trains and assists staff, enforces safety and company policies.
