Job summary

Momentec Brands is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee outbound shipping and receiving in a busy distribution center. You will manage personnel, ensure accuracy of documents, and drive efficiency to meet customer service goals.

The role requires forklift operation, strong communication, and experience in a warehouse supervisory capacity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). This position is based in Kannapolis, NC, with a standard night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead teams.
• Proficient with computers and tablet devices; able to read instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct activities of staff involved in outbound shipping, receiving, and records.
• Review orders, invoices, and shipping history to prioritize daily schedules.
• Monitor and improve service levels, accuracy, and safety in the shipping process.
• Train and discipline staff; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain daily performance reports.
