Job summary

Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is hiring for production roles in Connersville, IN. Starting rate is $19.51/hour with night and day shifts available. Night shift includes a $0.50/hour premium.

• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment or machine.
• Lift and stack products.
• Maintain efficiency standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping of work areas.
• Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.
• Be able to work long hours in seasonal temperatures.

Starting Rate of Pay: $ 19.51/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift- Mon-Thurs,5:45 pm- 6:00 am

Day shift- EOWEO/ 2-2-3; 5:45 am- 6:00 pm

Shift Premium: Nightshift- $.50/ hour for night shift

Required Education/Experience:

• No High School Diploma or GED required.
• Little to no previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience is needed.
• Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
• Must possess a willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow.
• Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply).
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to use a calculator.
