Job summary

Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC in North Liberty, IN is hiring for a Production Associate on Permanent, 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–1:00 AM). Starting pay is $20.66/hour with a $0.25/hour raise after 90 days and a 2nd shift premium of $1.50/hour.

You will perform packing tasks, read a tape measure, operate packing equipment, inspect products, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting a high-performing production team. Apply by Sept 11, 2026.

Starting Rate of pay:

$20.66/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

2nd Shift - 3:00 PM-1:00 AM

Training will be provided on 1st Shift.

Shift Premium:

• $0.25/hour increase after 90 days
• 2nd Shift Premium: $1.50/hour

Required Education/Experience:

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to perform all required packing tasks.
• Ability to learn basic computer skills.
• Experience using packing equipment and tools is an asset.
• Ability to work safely while standing for extended periods.
• Ability to perform frequent pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance, as required.
