Job summary

Hydro in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Production team member for a permanent position in Manufacturing. Starting rate of pay is $23.38/hour. You will safely process materials, pack bundles, print batch drawings, audit accuracy, and maintain housekeeping to meet production goals.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, ability to work any shift, and basic Excel skills. Prior manufacturing experience and AS400 familiarity are a plus. North America Hydro is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to work any shift is required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience desirable.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with AS400 system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and effectively, meeting or exceeding production goals.
• Process material through AS400 system.
• Ensure bundles are packed per pack codes.
• Print drawings and instructions for each batch.
• Audit completed bundles for accuracy.
• Cut wood and band completed bundles to spec.
• Take department lead responsibility in absence of supervisor.
• Complete SIC boards and production reports.
• Maintain housekeeping in the area.
