Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in Mountain Top, PA is hiring for a production position within a world-leading aluminum extrusion operation. You will read work orders, guide activities, operate equipment, and help maintain safe, efficient processes.

The starting rate is $19.16/hour. First shift (Mon—Thu, 5:45am–3:45pm) offers opportunities to contribute to a strong safety culture. Requires a high school diploma or GED; on-the-job training provided. Apply by Oct 30, 2026.

What you will be doing

• Interpret work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine necessary materials, equipment, and assignments.
• Review plans, instructions, or specifications to guide work activities.
• Operate assigned equipment or machinery safely and efficiently.
• Lift and stack products while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency in assigned areas.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
• Accurately log quantities or lengths of materials handled or moved.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• No prior work-related skills or experience are necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds throughout the day, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
