Job summary

Hydro in the United States, Gainesville, FL, is hiring for a manufacturing associate to help run production lines safely and efficiently. You will process materials through AS400, prepare and pack bundles per codes, print batch drawings, audit bundles for accuracy, and help complete production reports.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, ability to work any shift, pace in a busy environment, and basic Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work any shift.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Process material through AS400 system.
• Ensure all bundles are packed per the pack codes.
• Print all drawings and instructions for each batch.
• Audit completed bundles for accuracy.
• Cut wood and band completed bundles to spec.
• Complete SIC boards and production reports.
• Maintain housekeeping in the area.

Starting Rate of pay:

$23.38/hour

What you will be doing

• Ability to work safely and effectively, meeting or exceeding production goals.
• Process material through AS400 system.
• Ensure all bundles are packed per the pack codes.
  • Print all drawings and instructions for each batch.
  • Audit completed bundles for accuracy.
  • Cut wood and band completed bundles to spec.
• Responsible for department in absence of Supervisor.
• Complete SIC boards and production reports.
• Maintenance of housekeeping in the area.

Required Education/Experience:

• The ability to work any shift is required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs;
• Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years Manufacturing Experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Fabrication processes is a plus.
• Basic Computer skills and familiarity with AS400 system a plus.
