Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is currently seeking a Packer in Aurora, IL. This role involves packaging products, selecting packing materials, and building crates for shipment. You will process orders in the MRP system and coordinate shipments with carriers.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in shipping or warehousing, basic math skills, and solid English communication. High school diploma required. Monday–Friday shifts with a $17/hour pay rate and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements accurately.
• Experience using measurement tools such as rulers, scales, calipers, and tape measures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Perform packaging duties for shipment of company products, company-owned materials, and supplier materials.
• Select appropriate packing materials based on product type and shipping requirements.
• Build cartons, tubes, skids, ready-crates, and wooden crates of various sizes.
• Process packed orders using the MRP system and prepare shipments through UPS, LTL, and other carriers.

Pay Details:

$17.00 per hour
