Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Packer for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Ashland, OH. As a Packer, you will inspect and pack finished products according to specifications, help maintain accurate counts, support machine operators, and contribute to a clean, organized, and team-focused workplace. No previous experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack quality bags into boxes or totes according to product specifications.
• Verify box and tote counts for accuracy and report any suspect or defective product for review.
• Support scrap reduction, efficiency, and product quality goals on the production line.
• Work closely with machine operators and team members to keep production moving efficiently.
• Maintain 5S, good housekeeping, and machine sanitation standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and assist with training other Inspector/Packer personnel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $19.50 per hour.
• Job type: 12 Month, Temp-to-hire.
• Shift: 2nd Shift (3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday)
