Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a warehouse associate in Texas to support shipping and receiving, verify orders, and move merchandise efficiently within a safe warehouse environment.

You will read orders, ensure accuracy, and keep work areas accessible for staff and customers while following safety guidelines. Flexibility is needed for days, evenings, nights, and weekend shifts to meet freight volumes.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull at least 75 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing orders to sales associates for processing.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
• Complete your work in a safe manner; adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
