Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local customer in Saint Louis, MO to find a Packaging Operator for a warehouse setting. The role involves operating packaging equipment, performing quality checks, and contributing to GMP/FDA compliance.

On-site position with evening shift and weekly pay. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and is ready to perform routine inspections, inventory tasks in SAP, and support maintenance and 5S initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality output according to GMP and FDA regulations.
• Perform routine quality inspections, safety checks, and inventory transactions, including SAP batch reconciliation, material movements, cycle counts, and inventory control.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, changeovers, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and meet production targets.
• Support housekeeping, 5S initiatives, and environmental health & safety programs to maintain a clean and compliant manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality product output while following company policies, GMP, and FDA regulations.

• Perform routine quality inspections, safety checks, and inventory transactions, including SAP functions such as batch reconciliation, material movements, cycle counts, and inventory control.

• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, changeovers, and root cause analysis (RCA) to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.

• Support housekeeping, 5S initiatives, and environmental health & safety programs to maintain a clean, compliant, and safe manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School/GED

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details

$20.00 per hour
