Job summary

Genpak is seeking a Packaging Associate to perform final review of finished product and packaging materials and to package products for delivery to customers. The role involves inspecting, labeling, sealing, boxing, palletizing, and coordinating with QA and supervision to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, restocking materials, handling scrap, and adhering to GMP, SQF, and SWP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect finished products and packaging materials to ensure quality.
• Package products for all lines and ensure proper labeling and date coding.
• Operate packaging equipment and address jams or descrepancies.
• Recycle scrap and manage waste according to procedures.
• Attend training and Lean initiatives and support continuous improvement.
