Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Corrugated Packaging division seeks a driven and results-oriented Account Executive, to grow its custom corrugated box business in Northern California. You will identify and secure new business opportunities while managing relationships with existing customers, operating as a business owner within your territory with GP’s products and resources.

This remote-but-home-based role is ideal for a natural dealmaker with a track record of closing deals and a passion for turning

Qualifications

• Proven success in building and growing customer relationships in a B2B sales environment.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or related markets is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory with a hunter’s mindset, identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities.
• Build a robust pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging your network.
• Drive sales growth by providing customers with innovative, customized packaging solutions.
• Analyze market conditions and customers' needs to develop winning sales strategies.
• Lead customer projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal service.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Deliver dynamic, impactful presentations and proposals that win business.
