Qualifications

• High School or GED with 7+ years of related work experience.
• Associate Degree with 5+ years of related work experience - Preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with 3+ years of related work experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging lines to meet daily safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with engineering for preventive maintenance and validation.
• Manage audits for cGMP compliance and SOP adherence.
• Train and develop staff in cGMP/SOP practices and CAPA.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Schedule maintenance and support equipment changes to reduce downtime.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and document disciplinary actions.
