Job summary

US Pharma Lab is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to help plan, coordinate, and oversee the packaging department staff, ensuring timely production and adherence to GMP standards.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and collaboration with Quality, Planning, and other departments to implement improvements from concept to production, while maintaining strong team relations and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA degree and/or 4+ years Supervisory experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in nutritional’s, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage packaging department staff and activities.
• Distribute workload to meet timelines and adjust to changing priorities.
• Coordinate with Quality and Planning to execute production plans and improvements.
• Maintain GMP, safety, and cleanliness in the packaging area; ensure proper documentation.
