Job summary

Chase Associates Ltd is working with a private client in Wisconsin to hire a Sales Manager who will lead the packaging solutions team and drive new business in the packaging automation space. The role targets developing and executing strategic plans to win new accounts and expand market share.

You will manage 2-4MW-based sales representatives, shape business strategy and account plans, and sell secondary and tertiary packaging supplies and equipment to manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading sales teams.
• Experience selling packaging supplies and equipment is advantageous.
