Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to customers, sales teams, and production staff.

The role involves handling orders, pricing questions, deliveries, and technical recommendations while gaining knowledge of production processes to improve service. Responsibilities include managing orders, changes, returns, and coordinating with sales to exceed customer expectations, with strong emphasis on communication, organization, and problem

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a Customer Service environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work without direct supervision.
• Attention to detail; ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; data entry experience.
• Two-year degree with related manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information about order status and product knowledge.
• Process customer orders/changes and returns per policies.
• Process customer returns per policies.
• Provide feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to exceed service expectations.
• Prioritize fluctuating workload.
• Communicate with clients and sales through phone, email, memos, etc.
• Place purchase orders and secure delivery dates with vendors.
• Manage multiple accounts through orders, expediting changes, and coordinating timely deliveries.
• Work with suppliers to purchase print plates and die boards as specifications.
