Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, market research and networking.
• Conduct sales presentations, pitches and product demonstrations to showcase our packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with team members on developing customized packaging products/services to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities to grow sales and market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure sales meet margin requirements and support GW’s sustainability.
• Develop strategies to expand GW’s business and profitability.
• Research competition and market climate to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Maintain customer relationships through onsite visits with Account Executives.
• Define business plans for assigned category to maximize profitability and market share.
• Represent Golden West at industry events and networking forums.
