Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant packaging industry experience.
• Experience selling packaging, packaging equipment, or materials; corrugated preferred.
• Willing to travel regularly across the U.S.-Mexico border with a valid passport.
• Located in or near El Paso, TX.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, suppliers and customers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
• Deep understanding of customer relations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.
• Cultivate new sales through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing; grow accounts.
• Demonstrates B2B sales expertise and urgency in addressing inquiries and closing sales.
• Respond to web leads across the US via video meetings or phone to close.
• Maintain customer files accurately and deliver samples as needed.
• Foster a positive experience with coworkers, customers and suppliers.
