Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Specialist for its West Chicago, IL location. The role supports daily production tasks including packing, case making, inspection, and adherence to safety and quality policies.

The position operates on a day shift (6:00 am–6:00 pm), four days one week and three days the next, requiring reliable attendance and teamwork. Qualified candidates will have basic computer and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and capacity to train

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping of production area, packing, case making and inspecting per guidelines.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects as assigned.
• Visually inspect finished product and ensure cases are sealed correctly.
• Pack bottles per customer specification and handle downstream equipment as required.
• Notify supervisor of potential problems with product or machinery.
• Assist in training permanent and temporary staff on packing and case machines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; complete written documentation as required.
