Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Production Specialist for the 1st shift (6:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday–Friday). Responsibilities include housekeeping, packing, case making, inspection, and following safety, quality, and GMP guidelines.

You will participate in continuous quality improvement and help train new staff. The role requires reliable attendance, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering quality

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
• Strong attendance and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Inspect finished product and ensure cases are properly sealed.
• Pack bottles according to customer specifications.
• Operate case making equipment safely.
• Keep work area clean and safe and complete documentation.
• Assist training of permanent and temporary workforce.
