Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to repair and maintain machinery across packaging, processing, distribution, and plant infrastructure. You will assist with installations, perform preventive maintenance, and document activity in the CMMS.

The role requires knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, familiarity with safety/cGMP standards, and willingness to work across plant areas, weekends, and travel to other facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years related experience.
• Knowledge of machine troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Food or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installs, repairs, and troubleshooting of processing and high-speed packaging equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and lubrication.
• Document work in CMMS and initiate purchase orders.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and clean shop areas.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety and cGMP procedures and wear PPE.
