Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to repair and maintain complex packaging and processing equipment across our plants. You will troubleshoot, install, and service gearboxes, drives, pumps, dust collectors, and related systems while mentoring less experienced mechanics.

This role requires hands-on fabrication, interpretation of drawings, and adherence to safety and cGMP standards. Ability to travel to other facilities, work flexible shifts, and collaborate with engineering

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two-year college plus two years related experience.
• Five years related experience in lieu of degree.
• Familiar with OSHA, cGMP, lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging machinery and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance per CMMS.
• Assist Engineering with new equipment installations.
• Mentor lesser skilled maintenance staff.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and shop areas.
