Job summary

NOW Health Group INC Maintenance Mechanic needed to repair and maintain packaging and processing equipment across facilities. You will troubleshoot, service, and help mentor other mechanics while ensuring continuous production.

You will work from drawings and specs, collaborate with Engineering and operations, and support safety and cGMP compliance; occasional cross-functional tasks and plant improvements are expected.

Qualifications

• Machine troubleshooting knowledge is required.
• Electrical, mechanical, fabrication, pneumatics, hydraulics knowledge.
• OSHA standards, cGMPs, lock-out/tag-out required.
• Food or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain high-speed packaging machinery and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform predictive and preventive maintenance in CMMS.
• Assist Engineering in installation of new equipment and read drawings or sketches.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and keep shop areas clean and orderly.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
