Lotus Bakeries in Mebane, NC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Technical team. You will perform corrective maintenance and drive systematic improvements on packaging and processing equipment in a food production environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, maintaining CMMS records (Ultimo knowledge a plus), reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met as part of our continuous improvement culture.

Formación

• Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance practices.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to perform welding, lathe and mill operations.

Responsabilidades

• Performs corrective maintenance on packaging and processing equipment.
• Intervenes in case of malfunction of packaging and utilities.
• Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical systems.
• Changes and tunes machines in the factory.
• Monitors performance after changes and coordinates with operators.
• Maintains spare parts inventory and supports GMP practices.
