Job summary

BW Packaging is seeking a full-time Machine Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, efficient operation of production equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

You will read technical drawings and electrical schematics, maintain maintenance logs, and support site safety initiatives while keeping facilities and vehicles in good working order. A HS diploma and 5+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of Machinist Technician related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance logs, works orders, and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles dedicated to business operations.
• May perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs and support to building structures.
• Promote safety culture and ensure clean, organized work areas.
