NOW Health Group INC seeks a skilled maintenance technician to repair and service packaging, processing, and plant equipment. You will train others, perform preventive maintenance, and support engineering during equipment installation from drawings and sketches.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus a minimum of two years related experience OR a minimum five years related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of machine troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, fabrication, pneumatics, hydraulics, OSHA standards, cGMP’s, lock-out/tag-out is required.
• Food or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, lubricates, and troubleshoots complex processing and high-speed packaging machinery and other equipment in the facility.
• Performs predictive and preventative maintenance activities as outlined in the CMMS system.
• Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots all types of A/C and D/C electrical equipment.
• Fabricates components using standard shop equipment including lathe, mill, drill press, brake, shear, band saw, and various welding equipment.
• Operates production equipment as part of troubleshooting and validation of completed maintenance activity.
• Assists Engineering in installation of new equipment from drawings, verbal instructions or sketches.
• Works with technical support, operations group, and peer mechanics to resolve issues.
• Helps maintain spare parts inventory and keeps shop areas clean and orderly.
