Responsibilities

• Directs packaging technicians and leads shopfloor execution.
• Ensures compliance with cGMPs and government regulations.
• Hires, trains, and coaches team; develops capabilities.
• Reviews production orders and SOPs; maintains documentation.
• Identifies continuous improvement actions to reduce deviations and lead time.
