Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a Manager of Planning & Scheduling for 1st shift at the West Point, PA facility. This onsite role guides clinical packaging operations, mentors CPTs, and ensures cGMP compliance across packaging, QA coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a science/engineering background with 4+ years in pharmaceutical ops or related fields, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive KPIs and safe, compliant production.
